Rochele' Burnette, MA

Rochele' Burnette currently serves as a Program Coordinator/Training Instructor in the Treatment and Support Services Division at the Montgomery County Alcohol, Drug Addiction & Services in Dayton, OH. In this role, she coordinates and provides training/ education instruction in a variety of Behavioral Health topics such as Mental Health First Aid, Question, Persuade and Refer (QPR), Trauma and Crisis Intervention Training (CIT). 

 

Rochele' was an Instructor for the Ohio Peace Officer Training Academy (OPOTA) and served as an instructor for a state wide Trauma Informed Policing Curriculum designed to assist in identifying trauma and building resiliency of First Responders. Rochele possesses over 10 years in Criminal Justice and over 15 years of progressive experience in the Behavioral Health field. 

 

As a National Trainer and instructor for both Youth and Adult Mental Health First Aid she has contributed to 1000's if individuals trained across the country. Rochele was recognized as one of the Top 100 Mental Health First instructors in the nation. This honor, in which she is proud, reflects her passion and commitment to the Mental Health First Aid movement.

Dr. Rhyanne McDade, PhD, CHES

Dr. Rhyanne McDade received her Doctorate of Philosophy in Health Education in 2016 from the University of Cincinnati.

While completing her doctoral degree Dr. McDade founded Apple of His Eye Inc. in 2015, a recognized non-for profit organization driven to improve community health via policy/advocacy work, research, cultural brokerage and implementation of effective community health programs.

Dr. McDade is excited to bring Mental Health Literacy to the forefront of community conversations and looks forward to working alongside community partners to enhance knowledge base and decrease stigma and overall mental health well-being.
